SOURCE AND PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

The personal data in our archives is collected from the person concerned and is processed for the execution of contracts and to fulfill orders in all their stages.

Sorrè also treats this data for direct marketing activities related to its products and services.

The same data are also processed to comply with administrative and other rules mandatory under existing national law or by virtue of decisions of the European Union and retained for the time imposed by those disciplines.

TREATMENT MODE

Personal data is processed by the Owner in predominantly electronic ways and is stored within its own management system.

To communicate to the customer the direct marketing activities, the Owner uses the contact details provided by the customer himself, and the contact methods that the customer mainly uses.

SUBJECT TO DATA PROCESSING

The persons authorized to process are those responsible for customer service, sales, marketing, administration, fulfillment, information and data security systems.

The data will also be processed by external managers responsible for services related to the above, as well as by third parties, self-employed controllers, for instrumental purposes in the management of orders or related administrative activities.

DATA COMMUNICATION SCOPE

If the customer has expressed explicit and specific consent, personal data may be communicated to third-party companies operating in the areas of direct marketing and remote sales (list available by submitting a request to the Holder).

DATA TRANSFER

The management and retention of personal data takes place on servers located within the European Union, on servers owned by the Owner and/or third-party companies appointed and duly named as Processors.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Personal data granted in the context of the orders will be retained for the period necessary for the evasion of the same and for the periods imposed by EU laws, regulations or legislation, especially in administrative and tax matters.

In addition, for Sorrè's marketing purposes, the data is stored in our archives for the period necessary to maintain constant the relationship established with the customer and inform him about our activities, allowing Sorrè to continue, legitimately, his marketing and direct sales activity as long as the customer remains interested in the products/services.

Of course, this retention period will be interrupted when the customer manifests a willingness not to receive further information and offers, communicating it in the manner below explained.

Sorrè will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to stop contacting the person. Subsequently, the data will be anonymized for statistical purposes and then destroyed, if not otherwise arranged by supervisory authorities, law enforcement and judiciary. They could, therefore, be retained for longer periods in disputes, for the purpose of defending or asserting a right in court, either by the Holder or by the person concerned.

You have the right to complain to the Audit Authority, which in Italy is the Personal Data Protection Authority(www.garanteprivacy.it).
