Our Provola is a spun cheese made from the processing of cow's milk. It weighs a thin crust and very homogeneous, rather smooth and with a marked straw yellow color. Internally it is homogeneous and compact. Our provola is sold fresh, so it's a cheese that turns out to be sweet and delicate. It is consumed both as an aperitif, better if accompanied with other typical cheeses and cured meats, but also to stuff sandwiches, pizzas, savory cakes or other baked goods.
The milk used for the production of our cheese is produced in Calabria.
